Countering exclusionary narratives against migrants, asylum seekers and refugees in the UK. In an ever ‘globalising’ world perpetuated by increased mobility, this event offered an insight into building societies which support the well-being of all members.

As part of the ongoing collaboration with MANUK, the exhibition showcased a series of large scale projections offering an immersive and interactive experience of architectural models depicting the former Old Kent Road Mosque in Southwark.

Connected Creativity marked the beginning of a collaboration between creative practitioners from both sides of the Atlantic. The works exemplified the principles of practice-based research that are collaborative, technologically experimental, socially engaged, and innovative.
