Work With Us

We are always seeking to connect with communities, groups and partners who share our commitment to collaboration and creative exploration.

Our open, responsive process — built on active listening, interactive workshops and expanded film events — ensures that every project is uniquely shaped by the people and places involved, resulting in work deeply grounded in local contexts and community voices.

Here are some reflections from communities we have worked with:

Throughout the project, we collaborated closely with the team to develop innovative filming techniques that capture the essence of our sacred rituals: the Jashan and the Boi ceremony. The resulting film installations allow us to view our traditions anew within the building’s cinematic legacy, creating a profound experience that bridges our present identity with the building’s past.
Malcolm M Deboo, President of the Zoroastrian Trust Funds of Europe

In this project, filming technology has come to meet ethics. Ordinarily, a mosque would be seen as a sacred place where you hardly touch anything. The way technology has been used, in such that it did not disrespect the space, it worked with the space and our community to tell our individual and collective story.
Rashidat Hassan, Muslium Council of Britain Assistant Secretary-General

It is a good way to document the experience within the mosque and the way that the Site-integrity team worked on the project, was like we're doing this together. It's not just a project it's about the community and inviting others to see what we do in the mosque.
Imam Kamal Hussain, Brick Lane Mosque

I can say that on behalf of the management of Old Kent Road Mosque, we're not only pleased, we are so proud to be part of Assembly, because it actually tells our story to the world. It helps to capture our experience. And personally, I will say this, the mosque is beyond the physical structure itself.
